Senior adviserI’m a political economist with a PhD from the University of Washington, Seattle. My research covers the political economy of natural resource extraction, energy management, corporate social responsibility, corruption and transparency. I have studied African politics, education sector issues, armed conflict, and civil society. I’m interested in aid delivery systems – effectiveness, monitoring, evaluation and strategies.
I have also worked for the Peace Research Institute, Oslo, the World Bank, the Natural Resource Governance Institute, and the Human Security Report Project.
