We store this information for the following purposes only:

  1. Reporting to our funders – the U4 partner agencies – who has enrolled and/or completed U4 online courses.
  2. Monitoring gender balance in courses.
  3. Keeping a record of courses that you have completed that are pre-requisites for taking other courses.
  4. Generating certificates on course completion.
  5. User action analysis that we use to improve courses.

We keep this information safely stored until we have finalised all reporting for the strategic period of U4. (Currently ending 31 December 2021).
