'Essentials of Anti-Corruption' online course: Dates for 2010: 3 September - 18 October (application deadline 20 August) There is only one application form, if you wish to apply for the next course after the first upcoming course, please send a message to course@u4.no after completing your application. |
Participants work in small groups where they are required to take part
in group discussions, and write two compulsory assignments. At least 30
hours of available time - spread over the six weeks - and a reasonably
stable internet connection is needed.
It does not matter what time of day you log on to the Virtual Classroom,
but please do not sign up if you cannot participate on a regular
basis during all the six weeks of the course, as this will hamper
the group work.
The participants receive help and guidance from a course facilitator. In addition, experts with long experience in the field of corruption/anti-corruption are hired to supervise the discussions and assignments.
All participants who complete the course successfully will be issued a course diploma.
The basic course texts - with links to further resources and downloadable literature - are accessible to all registered users of the U4's password-protected website at any time.
Participation is free for U4 Partner Agency Staff and invited partners (includes ministry of foreign affairs and embassy staff) .
